1. The app cannot identify any animals. What should I do?
TerraCatch requires location permissions to associate captures with local habitats, and camera access to record clips. Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > TerraCatch and ensure both **Camera** and **Location** permissions are enabled. Also, check that your device has an active internet connection.
2. I made an In-App Purchase but my "Leaves" didn't arrive. How do I get support?
If you bought a Leaves pack (small, medium, or large) and they did not credit to your account, please send an email to **skillith@gmail.com** with your account email and your Apple or Google transaction receipt. We will verify the transaction and manually credit your account.
3. How do I delete my account and all associated data?
You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Settings > Delete Account. This deletes all your profile metadata, friend lists, and synchronized captures instantly. Alternatively, visit our dedicated Data Deletion Request Page for manual deletion.
4. Can I play offline?
Yes, you can record captures offline. TerraCatch will queue your captured wildlife clips locally. Once you are reconnected to the internet, you can submit them to the AI pipeline for identification and sync them with your online field guide.
5. Is there a premium subscription option?
No, TerraCatch does not charge any monthly or recurring subscription fees. The core game features are entirely free. We offer voluntary consumable virtual currency (Leaves) via In-App Purchase to customize your experience.
